Creepshow 2 is an anthology written by George A Romero based on stories by Steven King. Each story contains its own oddball terror. A carved indian, a sludgeball, and a hitchhiker. Each has it's good moments, but overall none of them were all that great. Not anywhere near as good as the original, but, some of the oddball moments are pretty great in their own odd way.

The only one I like is The Raft. And I'd say that the old EC Tales from the Crypt comic likely inspired the show and the Creepshow movies.
