Apparently the only version of Army of Darkness I have is the 2001 "Director's Cut" on the brown paper bag themed DVD. So I watched that, with it's less cheery non-theatrical original ending.
It's been a few years since I've watched Army of Darkness, and I had kind of forgotten the amount of awesome one-liners it has. Just about everything Ash says is hilarious and quotable. The way Ash's character is redefined each movie is interesting.
Valerie watched this one with me and asked if Bruce Campbell was a hearththrob when it came out, which he almost could have been, but was not.
