Shakma!

Do you like baboons? Yes? Then you're probably better off not to have seen Shakma! with us at the Alamo Drafthouse Ritz. A neurosurgery department at the local College is doing experiments with some animals, and they mistakenly do something to baboon Shakma that makes him super angry and mean, which leads to him being euthenized. Sam is about to incinerate the "euthenized" baboon but has to put it off until Monday so that he can join his group of friends, who are playing a real life Role Playing Game in the Medical School building (being ran by their professor, played by Roddy McDowall in the last throes of his career). If you've ever seen a horror movie before, you know the "dead" baboon is never really dead, and so the majority of the film is Shakma! killing people, and people trying to kill Shakma!
